Reiki can be learned simply for
self-healing and self-help or with further training up to Practitioner
or Master Teacher level.
To learn Reiki an 'Attunement' is carried out which is a sacred
ceremony to open or unlock someone to Reiki.
Alongside this process the methods, practices and principles of Reiki
are taught. Reiki Attunements are taught in levels, also known as
degrees, in three stages; First and Second Degree then Master's with
additional teaching to become a Reiki Master Teacher. Some people have
a natural affinity for healing using their own energy or they may
channel energy. However, in order to heal with Reiki this special
Attunement and teaching from a Reiki Master is needed.
REIKI ATTUNEMENTS
Level I or 'First Degree' Reiki £100.00
Training is one day. I teach Level I one to one or in a small group up
to 4 people. No prior learning is required and Level 1 is suitable for
anyone wishing to further their own healing and help friends and
family. After training you will be able to self-treat and with some
further practice give a full Reiki treatment to others.
Maps and information can be supplied on local B&B or hotel
accommodation if required.
Price includes refreshments, manual and certificate.
The day is flexibly structured and is typically as follows:
· History of Reiki
· The 5 principles of Reiki
· Attunement
· Contra-indications
· Practicing Reiki, Hand positions and self-treatments
· About Reiki II
A three month adjustment period is recommended between Reiki I and II
to allow yourself to absorb the healing energies. This time is used to
decide if you wish to train to Reiki II level which will also enable
you to become a fully qualified practitioner.
Level II or 'Second Degree' Reiki £150.00
Training is one day and is suitable for those who have already
attained Level I training either with me or with another Reiki Master
and wishing to continue their own healing or become a Practitioner.
Level II brings a new dimension to the practice of Reiki with the use
of sacred symbols distance healing. This level will allow your healing
ability and intuition to be greatly expanded.
Again, flexibly structured days covering;
· Discussion of our experience of Reiki
· Recap of the 5 principles
· Attunement
· Learning the 3 sacred powerful Reiki symbols
· Giving a treatment and distant healing
· Insurance
· Other ways of using Reiki
· A look at energy systems - Chakras - Meridians - Auras
· Practice set-up
Homework will be given for this workshop which will be explained to
you on the day. On completion of your homework, you will receive your
Reiki II certificate.

If you decide to go forward on your journey with Reiki, the next step
is the Masters for those who feel teaching is for them and who wish to
raise the awareness in the world about channelled healing. This
workshop offers you the chance to develop a deeper understanding of
Reiki.
Reiki Master Training £300.00
This is a two day training course, (1 day training course with
homework then a further day when homework has been completed). This is
suitable for those who have received levels I and II attunements from
a Reiki Master. (Evidence of the attunements are required). A 12 month
period of level 2 Reiki Experience is also required before you can
train to be a Reiki Master.
This training is aimed at those who wish to further their own healing
and spiritual development or those who may want to teach others.
